The ABG Sports Academy, Inc. (“ASA”) is a “Public Charity” under IRS Code Section 501(c)(3) and Section 509(a)(1). This tax-exempt status was approved by the IRS on August 9, 2018, retroactive to its incorporation date: July 5, 2018.

As a tax-exempt entity, ASA has filed IRS Form 990n Return of Organization Exempt from Income Tax for its fiscal years ending December 31, 2018, 2019, and 2020.

ASA is also registered with the State of Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts and received a Certificate of Registration –According to the records of the Comptroller of Public Accounts, the following exemption(s) from Texas taxes apply to the above organization(s):

Franchise tax, as of 07/06/2018
Sales and use tax, as of 07/06/2018
